Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Amazing Unit!
This unit was in excellent condition. The level of detail the owners put into this condition is really something special. Labels everywhere made finding what you very simple. It was clean and up to date. Will definitely stay here again soon!

Amazing Unit And Location - Family Friendly
The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our week vacation. The owners have done a great job with the condo. Probably the best I’ve stayed in. The location is fantastic! On the beach and across the street from Walmart and Rouses. The pools are perfect. Our 3 year old enjoyed the zero-entry pool and indoor pool the most. He also loved the splash pad. Very family friendly property. Would highly recommend and plan on staying at seachase again next year.
Absolutely Perfect!!!
We loved staying at Seachase this past week. Our condo was beautifully furnished and had everything that anyone could possibly want or need while on vacation. The owners have done an amazing job seeing to every detail and it is just a beautiful unit. Everything from the reservation process, check-in to check-out went smoothly and there were no issues whatsoever. Danielle, who I met the morning we were leaving when I went to the office to purchase a t-shirt was great! Based on our experience, I would recommend this unit and Aronov to everyone. We will definitely be back!!!
