Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Seachase 2026

My disabled husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in SeaChase 503W. The ground level covered parking was so convenient for us to get him and his electric scooter to the condo. Restaurants were close and the walk to the beach was closer than other condo locations. Overall, we can't wait to come back to SeaChase.

Everything was good. The furniture on the deck was off the chart. The parking lot was a challenge at times finding a spot. I’m sure you have heard this before.
