Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful week at this spacious, well-appointed condo at SeaChase. It had everything we needed, plenty of storage, hooks, and furniture, and thoughtful labels throughout. A few extra blankets would be a nice addition. A few things that could be improved: there was a slightly musty smell, likely due to the humidity and ocean proximity, and the tile floors needed a deeper cleaning upon arrival. Given the cleaning fee, I would expect them to be cleaner. The master bathroom vanity is also exceptionally low; at 5'9", I found it uncomfortable to use, though the vanity in the other bathroom was standard height. We've been visiting SeaChase for 30 years, and this condo ranks among my favorites.

Extremely Clean, Amazing Views!!!

This was our family's first trip to Orange Beach, and we couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered breathtaking views. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Seachase 2026

My disabled husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in SeaChase 503W. The ground level covered parking was so convenient for us to get him and his electric scooter to the condo. Restaurants were close and the walk to the beach was closer than other condo locations. Overall, we can't wait to come back to SeaChase.
