Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

SeaChase complex is very nice for families and couples. They are very attentive to making sure the complex is well taken care of.

What a beautiful condo in a great location!! It a spacious 2 bedroom unit! We absolutely loved our stay!!! We will be back! We highly recommend!!
Friends Getaway
We enjoyed our visit in OB. Our room at Seachase was wonderful. Everything you could want was in the condo. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Food in OB is the best. We loved the seafood everywhere we have been. This was our 2nd stay at this condo unit. So clean and comfortable.
604w Condo Review
Overall it was a great condo. Great location and value. There were some items that could have used some tlc. Patio door was really heavy to open and close, broken tiles in the bathroom and the noisy toilet in the front bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.
