Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Place Was Beautiful!
Perfectly clean! Obviously the views are great. Thought the ice machine was a great idea to have in a condo.

Seachase never disappoints! From the beautiful Gulf views to the awesome staff and more importantly the beautiful 802E condo ! By far the nice unit we’ve stayed in for the past 6 years. Very well decorated, comfortable and well appointed kitchen. Looking forward to our 2027 stay !

We stayed at SeaChase over the New Years Eve week and it was wonderful! The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. The facility was ean and well kept. We will definitely be back.

Excellent condo. Beautiful view. Very clean. Furniture looks to have been recently updated. Well-stocked kitchen. TVs easy to use. Fantastic beach. Convenient location. Only negative was a noisy icemaker, which wasn't a big deal. Perfect weather in the middle of winter helped make this visit about as good it gets. We'll definitely be back.
