Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Seachase 1104w
We had a wonderful week at Orange Beach with beautiful weather! Seachase is an amazing property — the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The condo was clean enough for our stay, though it could benefit from a deep clean, particularly the grout throughout. The furniture has seen better days and could use a refresh, but the unit itself is well appointed and the view is absolutely stunning. Overall, we had a great week and will definitely return to Seachase!
Beach Vacation
We had an awesome experience at SeaChase. The building and grounds are immaculate. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Our condo was very well furnished and comfortable. The views from the balcony did not disappoint.

Great Spring Stay
The room was as shown in photos. Well cared for. Kitchen really well stocked. Great balcony seating. The staff and security are so friendly and helpful. Grounds are immaculate!
