Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Family Beach Vacation

Seachase 1104W is a beautiful condo in the beach. We enjoyed waking up to beach views, swimming in the pools, playing at the beach, and relaxing in a well kept, stunning condo. The starter kitchen supplies made it easy to cook several of our meals at the condo. We also were close to several dining options and beach adventures. We will definitely be back and will be sharing this location with our friends and family.

We love SEACHASE! "04" units in the west bldg. are our favorite. Unit 1104 is a nice unit. The decorations are nicely done, but the furnishings are showing some age. The high top table and chairs on the balcony are one of the best features. There is a light switch in the 2cd bath not functioning and the exhaust fan is excessively loud.

Seachase 1104w

We had a wonderful week at Orange Beach with beautiful weather! Seachase is an amazing property — the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The condo was clean enough for our stay, though it could benefit from a deep clean, particularly the grout throughout. The furniture has seen better days and could use a refresh, but the unit itself is well appointed and the view is absolutely stunning. Overall, we had a great week and will definitely return to Seachase!

Beach Vacation

We had an awesome experience at SeaChase. The building and grounds are immaculate. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Our condo was very well furnished and comfortable. The views from the balcony did not disappoint.
