Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Absolutely loved my stay! The location was quiet and relaxing perfect for unwinding. The decor was beautifully cohesive, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and welcoming. Everything flowed so well, creating a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Home Away From Home

It was as if I was in my own home except at the beach. This was our second visit to Seachase in the past few years and it won’t be the last. Definitely recommend this facility and especially this unit if you want the same comforts as home.

Loved 1202e!

Loved this unit. Very well decorated, well stocked, great view with extra tall ceilings. Only complaint is with chair rental co. If they are going to raise their prices, they should not pick up the chairs beginning at 4:30. Please leave them out until 6:00 during summer months.
