Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Newlyweds...Again!

Outstanding!...We first stayed in this unit 13 years ago when we were married nearby on the beach. Since then we’ve come back for vacation as near to our anniversary as we could get this same unit each year except for the last few due to family issues. This year we came back and it was wonderful. The unit not only is clean & beautiful as always, but it holds a certain sentimental place in our hearts. As usual, the property, the grounds, the staff...all top tier! We love all of Orange Beach & especially Sea Chase!

My wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. The only detractor was the ice maker which did not work during our stay. The inoperable ice maker was reported to the front desk.

Absolutely wonderful. Last year when we stayed in 1504W we so impressed with the balcony furniture that we ordered some for our home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit pristine. See ya again next year.
