Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Peaceful Respite

Spent 14 days here for much-needed rest and relaxation. Seachase did not fail in any way! It is the best place we have found, and this unit was great! We'll be back in the fall and will request the same one. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly!!

Spring Getaway....

We have been staying at Seachase for the past 25+ years. 1603W is one of the top units we have rented at Seachase. Updated decor, well maintained. Loved the freestanding ice machine and the large shower.
The only recommendations-not complaints-would be a better selection of pots for cooking and better wine glasses.

3 Month Snowbird Adventure

The condo my husband and I leased for three months was beautifully furnished, kitchen well-stocked, and our 180 degree view from my balcony was spectacular.
The staff is genuinely caring.

Great Condo With All You Need!

We really enjoyed the place. It had all you needed to make it a great vacation. Our family of 4 (2 adults with 2 kids) enjoyed the views, beach, and pools. Very centrally located to the needed things at the stores and a small drive to other restaurants. Very great customer service by the staff!
