Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Love Martinique!

We had a lovely month at Martinique and loved our condo. We have stayed at Martinique several times before and this was our favorite condo. We love the location, the fitness center and easy access to the beach. Everything was as descriibed and very clean. The condo was beautifully decorated and we loved the view!

Family Fun

Love our condo ...unit 202 East and the free beach chairs plus umbrella provided by our hosts. Only downside was our front door key pad kept malfunctioning...very frustrating. Always look forward to another family vacay at Martinique. So quaint and tranquil for our family.

From A Frequent Guest...

The rental was great. However, since Aranov is no longer managing, I’ve noticed things like overgrown shrubbery invading into the walkways and boardwalks. Also, seems like a lot of turnover in the office. I’ve been coming to M one or more times each year for a very long time. Had grown accustomed to being “welcomed back.” Now, it feels mire like I’m a number. I would encourage a return to better grounds keeping and teaching the office staff how to recognize frequents guests.
