Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Fantastic Girl'S Trip!

We absolutely loved staying in 305East! Our only complaint was the heat on the balcony! The wind didn't move to the balcony! The condo was roomy, cozy, homey, very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We loved having the ice maker! We enjoyed the movie collection! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Beach Beautiful!!

Super appliances and modern everything in this gorgeous Gulf side Condo! View from the balcony was amazing. We always had shade on the balcony because of the position of it. Very nice place to stay.

Anniversary Visit

Wonderful Family Vacation!
