Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Six Sunny Days At The Beach

We loved our 2 BR, 2 BA rental in unit 305W. It was perfectly clean, with lots of room and a great Kitchen. 3 TV’s, an Amazon stereo, and lots of kitchenware. AC was wonderful (and needed), and the property felt very safe and uncrowded. Great pool area and BBQ, too. The management was responsive when we had a minor issue with the door lock, and we got a refund for a parking pass that we didn’t need. We will be returning annually!

Condo was every bit as nice as described. We found it to be very well supplied with high end kitchen equipment. will definitely stay here again. While at Martinique we had several delicious meals at Jesse"s on the Bay. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and great bar.

Great Stay In #305

This was our second stay at Martinique on the Gulf. It's so very relaxing and peaceful - at least, in February! Everything is in tip-top shape. The kitchen was especially well-equipped - really sharp knives!! An incredible view and gorgeous sunsets.
