Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Stay In #305

This was our second stay at Martinique on the Gulf. It's so very relaxing and peaceful - at least, in February! Everything is in tip-top shape. The kitchen was especially well-equipped - really sharp knives!! An incredible view and gorgeous sunsets.

Spring Visit To Martinique (305w)

Another visit to Ft.Morgan equates to another wonderful stay at Martinique on the Gulf! We really enjoyed 305W once again, and appreciate the improvements, such as additional deck furnishings, a luggage rack (makes a big difference!), new mattress, and other touches throughout the unit. This property’s location to the gorgeous beaches of Bon Secour can’t be beat! Always a pleasure to engage with front office staff, and we hope to hear about upcoming specials later in the year. Always a privilege to be guests at Martinique! Thanks.

Ten Year Wedding Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed our stay in 305 West. This is an amazing condo and just perfect for us. The views of the beach are amazing. Proximity to the pool was perfect. We did not hear much noise from the pool and even less when the windows and patio door are closed. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our ten-year wedding anniversary. The condo has beach chairs stored in the balcony closet. There were plenty of linens. We did bring an extra skillet but otherwise, the condo has all the cooking utensils and cookware we needed to enjoy our week-long stay. No problems adjusting the thermostat. This was truly a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Just like a home away from home! No doubt - we will visit again.

Enjoyed Immensely

This was our second stay in this unit. It was very clean and we enjoyed the ambiance of the unit. It was equipped with everything we needed. We would highly recommend. The grounds were very well maintained. The only concern we had was that the pool loungers had a very hard surface and we found it uncomfortable to sit for very long. We appreciated how well the property was maintained even after a major hurricane. Both pool areas were very clean. We definitely will visit the property again. We always enjoy eating at the Sassy Bass locations and Tacky Jacks. Additionally we enjoyed the Gulf State Park and its onsite restaurant.
