Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Spence Vacation

Beautiful property, great pool and beach access. Only thing was correspondence for Antonov. Too many forms that should have the same information, check in check out how to leave your room at check out. Each document had different times and different expectation on how to leave the unit. I guess we did okay as we have not received an additional bill.

Excellent Accommodations

This unit was well-suited for our needs. Main living room and kitchen area spacious and easily accommodated our large family gathering. Location (proximity to beach and main pool) was perfect! Parking was a challenge at times due to construction in progress on the property, but Seachase managed that well. Proximity to several grocery stores (directly across the street) definitely a MAJOR plus in light of parking challenges. Property managers and security personnel were especially helpful.
