Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

A fun filled, relaxing week spent with the grandchildren, children and friends enjoying a place we've visited yearly for 20+ years making memories. We keep coming back because of the family atmosphere, accommodations and location. Our go-to place!
Condo 0305w Jan-Mar
A lot of calls for service of lights, ice maker, etc. The TVs work fine but the surround sound/DVD player needs repair. Only select speakers work. Glad they replaced the furniture. The big read rug sheds. Truly enjoyed the pot lucks, rib cookout, and Mardi Gras parties. Lots of great fellowship.
