Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

We had the best time. The condo was nice, spacious, clean, and in a great location. The property was nice and well kept. The pools were clean and well kept. The beach was so lovely. It was everything we needed for our quick get away. Thanks so much. We look forward to coming back.
