Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Always Love Seachase
We always have a great relaxing vacation at SeaChase! The Pools are wonderful and the beach is beautiful! Our condo was perfect! See you again hopefully in August!❣️
Nice Unit--Not Turquoise, But Half The Price!
it was the last one available so my expectations were low. this was a good condo. furniture not worn out. beds were fine. good water pressure in showers. good location near elevators--no noise issues. nice pools. good beach access. all good.
