Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Perfect Way To Experience Orange Beach!

Had an amazing time at this rental. Property is conveniently located across the street from supermarkets, restaurants and beach shops, all walking distance. On the beach side, access is not crowded at all, unlike surrounding properties which is a big plus. Arrival process was smooth. Unit was ready a little earlier than check in time, clean and matched the pictures provided. Didn’t have any issues during the stay- I was actually sad I couldn’t stay longer! A great experience overall, definitely recommended.

Family Vacation

We have stayed in this condo several times in the past. Perfect for family vacations. Kitchen well supplied. No issues at all except we noticed food (snacks like cubed pretzels?)under the sofa. We were able to see it before toddler grandchildren, so it wasn't an issue. The remainder of the condo was clean.
We would certainly return to this unit.

Friends Fun And Sun

We loved our time with great friends and family. The condo was beautiful and we made memories. Our next stop will be Cotter Rock Cottage in Arkansas on the White River to catch a record breaking Trout.

Unit was wonderful.
As usual the staff was great, grounds were spotless. THE ONLY drawback was that the east pool was closed for repairs. This could not be helped; we adjusted.
