Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Orange Beach Jewel
We love Sea Chase in Orange Beach! This condo was perfect for our family vacation!
Very Pleased
When we arrived at Sea Chase we were greeted at the guard shack by a friendly and helpful individual named Jessie. He explained parking and was very helpful. He sent us to the office for our room instruction because I did not see them in my email. Daniel was at the front desk and had already printed off my instructions. She was pleasant also.
We drove to the entrance of C tower and found a large cart to accommodate our belongings. When we got to 705C we were very pleased with the accommodations. The place is so well stocked and so beautifully furnished. The icemaker was a big help too. We were comfortable for our entire stay. I hope to stay there again when we return.

Great condo! Theee king bedrooms great for couples or family. Very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Large private patio with nice furniture.
Kitchen well equipped. The staff really cares about your stay, and will take care of any need that arises. Seachase is a rather private condo complex providing extra safety and security measures for residents and guests. Search no farther; you will be very happy here.

Family Vacation
From the moment we entered the guard made us feel welcome all the staff were very friendly we loved sea chase we come twice a year to orange beach we have never stayed here but will be back
Highly Recommend Seachase 705c
SeaChase 705C is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The large corner balcony offers exceptional views of the beach from all directions. You will enjoy it regardless of what the weather is like. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and took good care of us. I would highly recommend this property.
