Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Condo!
We enjoyed our time in Unit 801C. It is one of our favorites- we are excited to return again soon!
Fabulous!
This was our first trip to Orange Beach which exceeded our expectations! When we travel, we like to stay above our means, maybe a little spoiled! The condo was perfect, from the beautiful decor, cleanliness, location, and awesome view! We look forward to a return trip soon.
Amazing Getaway
We’ve stayed 6 times at Seachase and this by far is the BEST! The condo is amazing with all the amenities, beautiful decor and the wonderful close proximity to the beach. We LOVED it!!!

Great accommodations! The unit was perfect! A big thank you to Danielle, in the office, and Jesse who helped us find the "Crocs" that the 9-year-old had left at the pool!
Already Planning Our Next Trip To This Same Unit
We stayed a short 4 night stay right before the start of the busy summer season and this property was so great. No notes. We are already hoping we can stay in this same unit again next year.
