Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

End Of Summer Trip
This is our second time renting a unit at Seachase. This unit was exceptional. Extremely well maintained with plenty of sitting are inside and on porch overlooking the beach. The view is perfect. I love the location. Beach is easy access and chair rental is a must. Stores across the street you can walk to and restaurants are walking distance or short drive ! The property is very clean and the pools are all well maintained.

A Great Experience
Original 2br was not available, so Sea Chase upgraded us to this beautiful 3BR corner unit. So happy to see all the little "Kentucky" touches. Our stay was perfect.

The condo was very nice and clean. Beachy themed decor really set the mood, and I loved that we were right on the beach. This was my children’s first trip to the beach, and they felt very comfortable there. The entire experience was great.
