Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Seachase Is Beautiful!
This unit was pristine with comfy beds and TV’s in each bedroom and the living room. Seachase is well maintained and beautiful (with four pools and four hot tubs.) Great security and expansive beach.
Third Stay At Seachase All Very Nice
There are seven of us, five adults 2 children, plenty of room. The condo and common areas are well maintained. The beach is combed nightly so each day is like a new vacation start. My grand children have a blast every time we visit. My only complaint is parking and comfort on the balcony. Why not put a couch and a couple of swivel chairs with a coffee table.
Another Great Week At Seachase!!!
We had or normal Great Stay at Seachase!!! Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. We had just one problem with a TV but someone was there in minutes...and...the TV issue resolved itself as they knocked on the door. We messed up a couple of years ago and had to stay at another property...and I will say...we will never make that mistake again! Seachase is our #1 choice and will remain that way! Thank you all!!!
Vaca 2018
We were very pleased with the vacation rental. Everything was clean, neat, pretty and comfortable. Close to the beach and pool and parking lot.
Lovely Condo, Great Views!
We had a wonderful week at the beach with extended family; rented 2 condos in this building. 1001C was well appointed and not lacking for anything, very clean and great location. There is a standard coffee maker, although ad indicated only a Keurig, so we didn't need to use the one we had packed. Weather couldn't have been better and we'd like to do this again next year. We had a bit of a delay getting into the unit on the first day but all went well.
