Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

We Will Be Owners There One Day!
Our family of 5, enjoyed the Sea Chase immensely! The weather didn’t corporate but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our spring break. The room was delightful & spacious. The grounds & amenities are one of a kind!
Highly recommend this Immaculate Jew on the Gulf of Mexico. We lived out so much, we are looking to buy in the near future!

First Time Visitor To Orange Beach
Beautiful property. Pool area was wonderful. Loved the vibe of the town and Sea Chase. The view from the condo was unmatched. Would recommend this unit!
