We always try to get this condo when we go to orange beach. it’s always clean and well stocked. Did have a little problem with shower going cold before 4 of us were done

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Place To Stay
Excellent condo. Location was convenient to everything. Walmart & Rouses almost across the street. Condo was clean and had all the amenities you could possibly think of. Even had an ice maker and we didn't have to buy ice for our cooler. The staff at the condo was extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Awesome Vacation
I've stayed at SeaChase many times (sometimes registered under Adrienne Barousse). I love the location, the size of the beachfront and the pool areas. The staff is incredible. This particular unit was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely rent it again.

The condo was great, I've been staying there almost 10 year and lately the price has gone out of site-I have found a condo in the same building for much much less.
