Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

We have stayed at Seachase for the last 9 years and plan to make it 10 next year.
Excellent Condo. Very Well Supplied Kitchen.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time st seachase. Always so nice clean and polite people working there. Our condo was excellent. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything we might need. Will definetly request this unit again.
