Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Very Nice Unit
This is my second stay at this unit in Seachase. It is nicely decorated and supplied with all basic amenities. The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The common areas are well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The Perfect Three Bedroom Condo
904E met all our family needs by providing 3 bedrooms and 3 private baths. The master bedroom and elaborate bath were very inviting and situated far away from the other two bedrooms. The decor for the entire condo was far above and beyond any condo we have stayed in before. The decor placement appeared to be professionally appointed. The back splash glass tile in the kitchen was an eye catcher, and all the stainless appliances were very appealing. We plan to ask for 904E again.
