Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Annual October Trip

Annual trip to the beach this year was so much fun this year. Stayed in the east building on the 11th floor with plenty of space! Contemporary and modern furnishings. Sofa is very low to the ground and a low back so it is a

One Of My Favorites

Great unit! We have stayed at sea chase for deacades. This is one of my favorite units yet! Carpet in all bedrooms, Awesome couch, comfortable bed, beautiful panoramic view. When we called to see if we could borrow a dvd player, the owners had one sent by amazon the next day! How nice!
