Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Perfect Haven In Martinique

Our family of five found Beach Haven to be the perfect retreat after all the busyness that comes with the holidays. We have stayed in some very nice houses in Martinique over the past 10 years and we all agreed that Beach Haven is one of the best for our party of five. The owners have provided everything needed to have a fabulous get away. The kitchen is very well stocked (heavy cookware, crockpot, instapot, griddle, electric kettle, keurig, sharp knives) with a nice pantry for food. The seating is all very comfortable as are the beds. We loved the coffee bar area, the golf cart, the porch and outdoor area, the automatic filtered pitcher in the frig, beach items, and more. The WiFi is great. The crow’s nest is an also an asset plus the gulf waters can be seen in the distance from here. The owners’ upkeep and thoughtfulness is very evident. We can’t wait to get back to Beach Haven again.

Quiet, Peaceful And Charming

It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The pools were nice and the grounds lovely. It was fun to watch the Blue Angels practice overhead at the beach!

Vacay 2025

Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The house was perfect! The rooms are nice with king size beds and we enjoyed the loft area with the kids. The golf cart is great to have to take to the beach and pool.

Family Vacation

Our stay this year was great as usual. We’ve stayed at The Martinique many times over the years but this was our first stay at Beach Haven. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There is a grill in the outdoor patio area which is very nice. The property is well maintained with great landscaping. This house has a four person golf cart with plenty of beach/pool items in the garage. The middle pool is a short golf cart ride or walk from the house. The Martinique gave me a call midweek to check in to make sure our stay was going well and indicated to call if we had any issues. The security staff was very friendly and made their rounds on a regular basis. We had a great stay and look forward to future vacations at The Martinique.
