Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

We Keep Coming Back

Every year we look forward to our two months at Martinique on the Gulf. We love the place. I can lay in bed and look out over the dunes onto the gulf. Having the Bon Secor Nature Preserve next door is a plus and the beach is not crowded. Every time we drive into the place, we admire the beauty of the place and how well it is maintained. We are less than 20 minutes from the Gulf Shores rec center and three great golf courses. We keep coming back because we love the place

We Keep Coming Back

We have been coming to Martinique since its opening. We love staying in the condo building. The view is outstanding and the condos more than meet our needs. Every time we drive into the complex, we feel blessed.

Very Happy With Our Stay!

The condo was beautiful. Everything was top notch, from the view of the gulf to the comfort of the beds. The master bedroom had our favorite view of the gulf and a wonderful walk-in shower. We were very pleased with all the amenities provided.
