Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great First Experience

This was our family’s first trip to Martinique. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 plus one set of grandparents. The layout was perfect and met all of our needs. The couple issues we had were resolved quickly with the maintenance crew. We loved our week here!

Best Condo Ever!

Very well appointed condo. Tons of kitchen and beach supplies. Super cute and clean. Such an easy walk to the beach. The pool was great. It’s quiet and dark at night so you can see the stars. Just a short drive to grocery stores or town. Excellent place to stay with kids.

Home Away From Home

This condo is beautiful, clean and a perfect getaway. You can hear and see the gulf from the back patio, they even had something we could take down to the beach with us to play with.
The owner was easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room that everyone could have their own space. I would recommend this condo to anyone, and it was a perfect family destination.

Great Condo!

This condo was very nice and very clean! We loved that the pier was just walking distance from the back porch so very easy access from the beach. There was also a water hose there so we could keep the sand off of ourselves and our beach toy/chairs. The only down side was the young child that ran everywhere above us because you could hear every running footstep. Over all great experience!
