Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Marvelous!

Seamless check in and checkout. Condo was clean and very well equipped. Loved the view from the balcony. Everything was very comfortable and we had a great time!

A few things that could be better:
When we first fired up the jacuzzi in the room, a lot of dirt came out of the jets and the water was a tad brown. We ran a couple rinse cycles and it cleaned up nicely and worked great the rest of the time.

The TV is outdated and small. NBD for us though. The weather was great the whole time and we never were inside much to want to watch it.

The dryer takes a long time to dry a load. I informed the front desk about this on checkout.

Still, I'd rent this one again!

Fall Get Away

Martinique Vacation
