Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Fall Get Away
Our group included three sisters and husbands. We had a wonderful stay. The weather was perfect, the views were breathtaking, and the condo was just what we expected. Could not have asked for more. This will now be our go-to place.

Same great experience we had on several previous stays several years ago with our kids. Chose Martinique for our 3 year old grandsons first beach trip. We all had a great time.
