We had the best time at 301W. The amenities were beautiful and you can't beat the view. We look forward to visiting again.

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Beautiful Rental!
My family just returned from a week at this property. The condo exceed our expectations! We loved the views from the balcony overlooking the beach and dunes. We look forward to returning next year!

Vacation With Grandchildren. (16 To 7 Years Of Age)
My wife and I took 6 of our 17 grandchildren on vacation this year. #301 West was the perfect size for the eight of us. Great location(view) and everything we needed for a super vacation. Due to the pandemic we basically spent all of our time at Martinique using both pools or spending the days/evenings on the private beach. Grandsons and I fished (early mornings and after dark) this was there first experience surf fishing; something they really enjoyed. We even caught quite a few Reds, and the occasional Fluke. Everyone had a safe and great time. Thanks Martinique and staff for a most memorable stay. One I'm sure the children really enjoyed.

301 W Winter Rental
We loved staying in our beautiful condo at 301 W. The new owners very graciously honored the contract for our stay, even though they were not required to do so.
The condo is fully equipped beautifully decorated with the artwork of one of the co-owners and the furniture created by Odom, with all of the essential needs for a comfortable three-month stay. The owners continue to make improvements with the addition of furniture and other amenities.

Love It!
We have stayed several years at Martinique and love it for the solitude and non-crowded beach. This condo gives people space to enjoy themselves and not be on top of each other. Love the balcony! I understand there is new owners so hopefully they may update the decor a bit but still is my favorite place to stay.
