Condo was nicely appointed and in great shape. It was very comfortable for our family with great views. It had extras like an ice maker that were a plus. It made for a memorable trip.

Only gave a 4 for general condition as the light fixture has holes burned through it, some tiles are cracked, needs some modern updates and small repairs. LOVED the view, close to the boardwalk, loved the master bedroom and bath! Loved our stay!!!
Rainy Day Go Away
We got to enjoy many beautiful days at the condo to escape the rain in northern Alabama. The pool was heavenly and the condo spacious and clean. Everyone so friendly and I love to walk around the neighborhood too. Will be booking again asap.
Another Great Stay!
We enjoyed a multi generation family vacation! We have stayed multiple times at various locations in Martinique. This condo by far had the best view. The condo was beautifully decorated, we espically love the outdoor furnature setup.The kitchen was well equiped also.
Amazing View
This is our second year at Martinique. Love the facility. Away from the main traffic of Gulf Shores. It offers an adequate exercise facility, ,the pool is great, and beach access is perfect.
The unit was good. We were a floor below last year (2025) and it was not as nicely appointed as this one. The outdoor porch is a highlight and they had ample seating as well as comfortable seating. Some issues inside but nothing of any major concern (mattress in one bedroom sags toward middle). The kitchen had all one needs. Inside seating, eating area, etc. were great.

Wonderful Condo On The Beach!
We had the best time at 301W. The amenities were beautiful and you can't beat the view. We look forward to visiting again.
