Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Rainy Day Go Away

We got to enjoy many beautiful days at the condo to escape the rain in northern Alabama. The pool was heavenly and the condo spacious and clean. Everyone so friendly and I love to walk around the neighborhood too. Will be booking again asap.

Another Great Stay!

We enjoyed a multi generation family vacation! We have stayed multiple times at various locations in Martinique. This condo by far had the best view. The condo was beautifully decorated, we espically love the outdoor furnature setup.The kitchen was well equiped also.

Amazing View

This is our second year at Martinique. Love the facility. Away from the main traffic of Gulf Shores. It offers an adequate exercise facility, ,the pool is great, and beach access is perfect.
The unit was good. We were a floor below last year (2025) and it was not as nicely appointed as this one. The outdoor porch is a highlight and they had ample seating as well as comfortable seating. Some issues inside but nothing of any major concern (mattress in one bedroom sags toward middle). The kitchen had all one needs. Inside seating, eating area, etc. were great.
