Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

An Awesome Place To Spend A Week.
The house was pristine clean when we arrived and all the furniture was very comfortable. The house layout worked very well for our four adults and two children. The proximity to the pool was quite convenient.
