Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Large Family Paradise

Bonavita was a perfect choice for our group of 9. The house itself is very large with plenty of bedrooms. The vaulted living room ceiling gives it a grandiose feeling. Everything in the home gives off a quality feel. The kids in our group were particularly impressed with the TV sound system.
There was one instance where we needed a housekeeping matter tended to and it was handled promptly and effectively.

The only real thing I could say to improve the experience would be the golf cart. While still serviceable, it is definitely on the lower end of performance. With a couple of people on board the cart struggled with the gentle hill to the beach and required constant charging.

All in all we loved our stay at Bonavita and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Amazing Home, Amazing Vacation!

We had a great vacation at Martinique. We had 3 families for our stay at Bonavita (which included 8 teenagers!) and the house was perfect for all of us. The golf cart and bikes were great for the short rides the the beach. The house had everything we needed and then some. We will for sure be back!

Perfect Private Paradise For A Large Family Over Labor Day

Bonavita was the perfect home for our large family of 12 during Labir Day Weekend. It’s on a street with only two houses so very private and backs up to the Bon Secour with a very large paver patio. Nice screened porch of the house connected to the patio! Could not get the ceiling fan to work or switch to turn on but but a small standup fan and that problem solved to give us a slight breeze. The kitchen is big with an island so served our family well. Would be nice if an ice maker was installed where garbage disposal is. Bonavita had plenty of bikes , beach chairs , sand toys and extra fridge in the garage that made it nice for overflow.
Bonavita is a beautiful home that made you feel at home and most comfortable. We all enjoyed our mini vacation and thanks to Bonavita that was achieved.. thank you!!
