Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Stay At A Great Spot

I think this is the proverbial "if I could give it 6 stars I would" review. The condo exceeded our expectations -- very clean, very comfortable furniture, plenty of space for our group of 6, nice decor, comfy beds, great communicatio, professional. Would not only stay again but would seek out this condo specifically.

The Sampsons At Martinique 206 W

It was wonderful. Grounds were kept up, dunes are gorgeous, pool was tended to every morning. Kitchen well stocked, and condo was clean. Only one complaint. Only one garage bad in the kitchen area and I think one bag should be left in bottom of can when you go to remove your full garbage bag.
