Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Condo 206w
The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and the view from the deck were great. Martinique is a wonderful place to vacation and we enjoyed our stay very much.

It was wonderful. Grounds were kept up, dunes are gorgeous, pool was tended to every morning. Kitchen well stocked, and condo was clean. Only one complaint. Only one garage bad in the kitchen area and I think one bag should be left in bottom of can when you go to remove your full garbage bag.

This property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookwear. Spacious corner unit of the building. Spent a lot of time on the balcony , just wished the had some lounge furniture to sit on. Overall loved this unit.
