We rented this condo for a week. It was fantastic. A wonderful location with easy beach access out the patio door! Good appliances, decor and furniture. We loved it.

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Lovely and convenient condo at Martinique. We have stayed in this condo many times for our annual family visits. It never disappoints.
Great Views& Comfy Beds!
Very cozy and welcoming condo. Lots of amenities and very family, oriented with lots of seating, comfy beds and an awesome icemaker perfect for those hot beach trips! One review said there were beach accessories but we didn’t see any so you will need to bring your own beach chairs, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you for making us feel at home!

Very nice condo with excellent location. Right at the beach boardwalk. Short walk to outdoor and indoor pools. Nice grassy area just outside the condo.

We booked a last minute stay at Martinique on the Gulf. The condo was beautiful. We loved the beach.
