Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Best Stay Ever!!

We always stay in Fort Morgan when we go to the beach, but this was our best stay yet! We discovered the condos a few years ago (accidentally) when we were going on a long morning beach walk. After deciding to book a last minute trip and our normal unit wasn’t available I decided to look up the hidden gem we discovered. SO glad we decided to book somewhere new and this will be our new spot for years to come!! Wonderful unit and complex.

Peaceful Relaxation

We always love staying at Martinique! This condo unit was beautifully and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed the relaxing beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. Having an ice machine was very helpful!!!! The layout with three bedrooms and three baths was perfect.

Sisters And Daughter Trip

A wonderful pre-birthday present for me. We had a wonderful time just chilling and enjoying our company. The condo was beautiful and spacious with a great view and vibe. The only problem we had was with the A/C unit but it was resolved right away. The door to the balcony was tricky because it would lock us out if it closed all the way. Fortunately the other door to the master bedroom was open. Also the faucet in the kitchen was hard to keep from dripping if not finagled with.

Great Escape To Very Peaceful Surroundings.

Our family of 8 loves Martinique! Our condo could’ve been a little better organized in kitchen but nice appliances. Too much stuff in cabinets & the whole decor was way too much Hobby Lobby. Too many things in every wall. We had lots of trouble getting sliding door to deck open but glad we had strong men with us. Air conditioning went out but guy was very prompt to take care of it in timely manner. Great location with beautiful view. Great restaurants close by too.

Best Condo At Ft. Morgan

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach! Family friendly, quiet, and peaceful. Condo is just as advertised. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Gulf Shores but we enjoyed being away from the crowds.

Fantastic!

We quite enjoyed our stay at Martinique on the Gulf. It was quiet (we were there before Memorial Day weekend) and the beaches were not crowded. The staff is always kind and easy people with whom to work.
The unit needs some inside work to freshen it up but it was decent enough.
The outside also needs some freshening...painter’s tape on door knobs, stairs needing fresh paint, etc.
However, the pools were good, the workout room good, and the beach fantastic.
