Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Gulf Haven

Great location. The house is very nice, all complaints are very minor. Upstairs bathroom could have been slightly cleaner in arrival, but everything else looked great. Beds and linens are not super comfortable, but not unexpected for a rental property. Blinds in the kitchen were coming down on arrival but it was fixed by Monday. Overall, i really liked this house and have actually stayed there twice now.

Fall Break

The home was very clean and accommodating. Would choose this home again in the future. My only complaint is the thermostat on the second floor reset to 74 every evening and the 3rd floor was pretty hot so my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch.

Beautiful Gulf Haven

My family had a wonderful time staying at Gulf Haven! The house was very clean, everything worked and we had everything we needed to cook meals and even toys for the beach. We felt like we didn't need to bring as much because the house had everything we needed! The facilities were well taken care of as well. The pool, the staff, everything was perfect and just what we needed.

Perfect And Relaxing Vacation At Martinique On The Gulf

Sunny Gulf Haven was a wonderful beach house for our most recent trip to Martinique on the Gulf. We liked the closer proximity to the beach and the layout of the house itself which gave everyone a sense of personal space.
The only negative was not having a second king bed for our guests.
