Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

We really enjoy this property. It is perfect for our family. The management company was prompt, efficient and easy to work with. They were positive and helpful every time I needed to talk to them. The area is clean, neat, and quite comfortable to stay at. I like the security and the neighborhood feel! Thanks for a great stay

Awesome House

We were a group of spring breakers: two families with five kids total. The bedrooms were great. Everyone had plenty of space and the three king beds made all the difference. Martinique is beautiful as always and the fishing off the beach was incredible. We lucked out with pompano and lots of photos to brag about them! We love being off the beaten path away from all the business of gulf shores and orange beach. The Beach Club’s grill next door was so convenient and really good. Lots of arcade games for the kids and a great menu and beer selection... other than that, we hunkered down and enjoyed the beach and pool the whole time. Loved the bikes and 6 seater golf cart with this house too.

Happy Family

This was such a great vacation rental for families with children. Very well stocked with all things needed to keep everyone family member happy. Beautiful inside and out. Very true to online pictures. We will differently revist this beach house. We had two small problems with the golf cart that were addressed promptly.

Paradise

This property is outstanding in every aspect, very clean, 3 seater golf cart and bicycles to use at your convenience. Martinique property is very well cared for and safe. Gorgeous beach and 2 pools that were not all that crowded. Perfect vacation and perfect place to stay.
