Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Christmas At The Beach

We are empty nesters so Christmas was the perfect time for us to stay at the beach. We invited friends and family to join us and had a wonderful time. We spent a couple of days at the pool and then it turned cold! Those days were spent shopping and visiting the brewery in Fairhope. New Years we dined at Tip Top Cafe in Foley. We absolutely loved the house it’s large enough everyone could relax and unwind. My favorite place was the back porch. Total privacy and very comfortable. The upstairs is a little warm during the day.

Here Comes The Sun Was A Bright Spot For Us!

We rented the Here Comes the Sun house for 5 weeks in February and March and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had several groups of friends and our entire family with kids ranging from 1-11 years old stay for up to 5 days at a time. The house was clean and well equipped. There were a lot of toys for the kids to play with in the house and on the beach. The 6 passenger golf cart was very useful with larger groups. The few times we needed maintenance the repairs were done promptly and completely. Will be staying there again next year.

Here Comes The Sun House 10 Of 10!

The house Here Comes The Sun was a 10 out of 10 for the 7 of us. Plenty of room for us all. Management staff was wonderful to work with. Nice walking into a house where the HVAC is turned down to 72 for you. Usually walk into a house set a 78 or 80 and have to wait hours for it to cool down. House also came with a brand new 6 seater golf cart. Very nice! We will for sure be back next Summer!

A Perfect Getaway Week

It’s been almost 10 years since our last stay at Martinique. Honestly, I expected the resort to be in decline, but it’s actually improved. Fresh road paving, new signage and the staff communication was top notch.

Our rental unit was clean & cozy - even for an extended family of 12, including kids from 16 to 5 months. Lots of towels & linens. The 6 seater golf cart was a huge plus. May need to upgrade second fridge in the garage. Otherwise, this property couldn’t get any better for a relaxing beach stay.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a very enjoyable visit at Here Comes the Sun. This is our second year to stay in Martinique for Thanksgiving. Great weather, great house, and great service. We had a bit of a problem with the faucet in the kitchen which the maintenance man tried to fix. He was not successful so a plumber was called in to fix the issue. We were inconvenienced somewhat, but the staff made us a nice concession and we were more than pleased.
