Great Condo!
Very nice updated condo. The complex is very nice as well. Very clean
First Family Beach Vaycay
Rental was nice and comfortable. Great view and easy access to pool and beach. Wish there were more towels available with a larger group had no extras but luckily there’s a washer/dryer. Floors were dirty kids running around barefoot in the room had dirty feet after. The only other complaint I have is the morning of our last stay there was a roach on the kitchen counter.
Great Stay In Gulf Shores
Our rental served our needs well. The AC was cold, the beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. The building itself looks pretty old but our unit was updated nicely. My only negative was that I had to sign a paper rental agreement and return it in person. Doing that electronically would have been much easier.
Construction Nightmare
Construction the whole time during our stay. Both with the unit next door and the whole condo unit itself. Never notified, we notified the rental company, they were extremely sorry and comp’d us a night, which we appreciated since at that point there was nothing else that could be done. Was told they didn’t need to notify guests for “maintenance” even though the construction was NOT maintenance. Other than that, everything else was ok. Pools and beach access were a highlight. Only pool that needs some tlc was the indoor pool. Would recommend giving guests a map because it is hard to find everything when you first get there. Signs are small.
