Nice reasonably price condo.
I would stay there again.
Two small things:
* gate guards were a little militaristic.
* Kitchen microwave was very difficult to use. Sounds petty, but I 've owned or operated dozens+++ microwaves in the past, done were as difficult to operated as this one.

Spring Break In May 2016
Renting from Coastal Properties LLC was a breeze. They were very helpful and accommodating. The check in and out was quick and easy. We will be renting from them again.
