Gulf Shores Phoenix 2 is...
Gulf Shores Phoenix 2 is a 25-floor high rise, with 5 units on each floor. The building is new - 2024 and managed by B/R. Units are individually owned (you can rent directly from B/R)
This unit is GORGEOUS! Our friends rented the unit next door and it’s amazing how different the same floor plan feels. 2103 is the perfect backdrop to a relaxing vacation.
The unit was immaculate.
The location is perfect - walked to state park pier (0.5 miles) and TheHangout (0.8 miles)!
The elevators are FAST. We never waited more than 1 minute.
We didn’t need much; but the front desk and virtual assistant via text were fast & helpful!
Pro tips: You need to bring or buy everything you might cook and clean with. None of the units in GS Phoenix 2 have beach gear for renters. You need to bring (or buy) toys/gear/chairs/beach towels. We rented chairs $50/day (2 chairs + 1 umbrella). The host was helpful recommending what to pack/bring.
Also, we brought a throw blanket that we used A LOT on the deck

This Condo has it all! From the stunning views to a comfortable stay. What we loved about our room is that the kitchen had all the elements and essentials needed. Room is easy to get to which we loved. Gorgeous furniture and bathrooms. Very local to restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of attractions to explore near condo! Will be back.- THANK YOU.

Great location and amenities! We loved the convenience of the pool and beach so close. My kids and my whole family had a great time. The apartment is beautiful decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure!
