Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Wonderful and resting! Love Sea Chase!
Beautiful Room
Recently stated here and it appears it was recently updated. Everything so nice, clean and perfect. The only complaint our crew had was about the icemaker. There was a nice under the counter ice maker and it was not working and was empty. When we notified the office we we're informed it was " for the owners only", per owners request. We have stayed at Sea Chase for years and alot of the rooms have these and come in very handy . Not sure why the owners will not share the installed appliance as a perk to their guests. Overall, very pleased with the room.

Pro’s: Nice location. Furniture and tv’s were good. Keypad on door was convenient. Beach devotional book and decoration was a nice touch.
Con’s: Needs to update mattress and pillows. Pillows were very inexpensive for price of unit. Dishwasher is in need of repair, no iron to use, and needs to leave more toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and at least three dishwasher pods. It would have also been nice to have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner included.
