If canceled within 48 hours it’s a full refund. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for condos, 60 days prior for houses, and 90 days prior for winter monthly reservations. Refunds of the initial deposit, minus a $300 cancellation fee and any travel insurance purchased, are available if the reservation is cancelled by these deadlines. Cancellations outside these periods will receive a credit toward a future reservation within one year of the original dates but will incur a change fee of $100 for condos and $250 for houses. Only one change per reservation is allowed. Property unit changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival for condos, 60 days for houses, and 90 days for winter monthly reservations. Any approved unit change made outside of these timeframes may result in a rate adjustment. Guests are responsible for any increase in rental rate, fees, or taxes associated with the new unit.

Beautiful View

Very spacious and great value. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Ample eating utensils, plates and cups. We did have to purchase cooking utensils as these were limited. I did have to soak and rewash pots before use due to cooked on food. Cleaning of the unit was good with 1 exception, the master toilet area had “boogers” on the wall directly on the wall directly in front of the toilet. The stand alone shower in the master had perfect water pressure, the tub shower combo did not have either. The guest tub did not hold water and water pressure was not very good. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of GS but easily accessible.

Fort Morgan - Always Great. The Unit So-So

I have stayed in this area for over 15 years, sometimes the units we rent are better than others. When we arrived the extra parking pass I now had to pay for was not available. I think it is a little overboard for a 6-person three-bedroom unit to have to purchase an extra pass - there was plenty of parking. There were three lights out in the master bathroom, they brought bulbs for two and the last one was never replaced. I believe this is just a rental unit and it could use just a little TLC. When the wind and a little rain picked up from the tropical depression there was water running down the dining room chandelier chain, it was already a little rusty - so this is obviously a long-term problem.

None Of The Units Are Ever Cleaned

Cleaning and maintenance at any of these units is non existent basically....every time at every unit nothing is ever clean which for the outrageous cleaning fees the places should be spotless...we clean the entire time we are there an upon arrival bc the unita are filthy....but its the norm with any rental i think it seems....they didn’t honor the $200 discount for being a repeat customer....should give us $$ back for cleaning for them—-every unit we leave is cleaner than it ever has been!
