Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Time Well Spent.
The unit exceeded expectations, we loved the space and the condition of the furniture. The fact that we had access to a gulf cart was on time.
A Week In Paradise
We are a family of four with a 3 year old and a 4 year old. Serenity Found provided the perfect get away. With the beach, two pools, a golfcart for cruising, and a very comfortable home, we were all able to relax and have a great time! The staff is friendly and accomodating and the grounds are very well taken care of. This is a true gem and we will be back!

Fantastic unit that we have stayed in several times. The place is spotless. A brand new golf cart was an addition since our last stay. We will return!
Lovely Condo
Lovely condo with comfy bed in master, nice kitchen and in quiet area of complex. Hop on your golf cart and be at either of the nice pools and at the entrance to private beach walkway and beach in a couple of minutes. Close to tennis court and to entrance into Martinique off Fort Morgan Road. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
