Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

I was very pleased the management co. Accommodated us on such a short notice. It was a comfortable place to stay for a short stay. I would suggest to the owner to regulate the temperature of unit better. To be comfortable downstairs upstairs was very humid. The place could definitely be cleaned better. You can definitely tell unit has been used a little harshly. A few cosmetic things, better cleaning standards and place would be very homey. Although we did not utilize all of unit it seemed very equips for a longer stay. The golf cart is a nice amenity. Overall it accommodated us well.

Nice House With Horrible King Bed.

I have been staying with MArtinique for at 20years, the bed king size in master suite was the worst ,most awful bed I have ever slept on, the mattress need replacing as do the sheets. Other than this problem, the house was good. Also,one dining chair arm broken.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The kitchen was very well equipped. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. We would recommend this home to anyone, and we would stay in it again. The only update we would suggest is a newer TV in Great Room. We found the audio of very poor quality
