Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Loved It!
We loved Casa d'Artiste. It was beautiful, super clean, and very well-stocked. It's not a stand-alone house, but it's very BIG. This is our 4th time to stay at Martinique and it did not disappoint! And love having a golf cart.
Labor Day Getaway
It was great. Clean house, well kept. No visible wear. Upstairs carpet is super functional for a sandy locale, but it feels terrible. That’s our only complaint and that’s reaching pretty hard.
Annual Getaway
We have been coming here every year for the past 4 years and we love it. Each house we stay in feels like our own personal beach house complete with golf cart and non crowded beach access. We will continue to come with our family for years to come!

This is the premier place to stay on the Gulf! Great Beach, close to attractions, away from large crowds.
Lovely Home...Wonderful Stay
We were lucky enough to spend a month at Casa 'de Artiste! A beautiful home with beautiful furnishings. We love Martinique on the Gulf. And hope to return year after year!
