Harbor Place Condo Unit 510
Our condo was very clean and everything inside the unit was in good working condition. The rooms are small. The beds could use a mattress upgrade. Plenty of linens and towels. They do vacuum the hallway at 8am sharp every morning. Unit 510 gets a 4 stars overall
The biggest complaint is there was only one very small operating elevator for the entire complex. Waited 15-20mins for the elevator when checking out. And at other times with small children and groceries. The pool is very small for the number of guests at the complex. The beach access is very convenient and not a long walk. The Hilton Garden Inn is next door and if you face this property - you better get used to their guest smoke cigarettes and weed on the balcony. I won’t be returning to this property. I would rate this property. I would rate this property a 2.5-3.0 overall.
