Lovely!

My sister and I enjoyed our weekend get-away at HP510! Kelley was a wonderful host, always available to help with any questions. This spot was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed to kick back, relax, and unwind. We only left the complex twice for dining out at local restaurants, and both times were able to find covered parking spots under the complex! Nice! Also appreciated the carts to assist in hauling all our stuff upstairs (complex has 2 elevators at either end). Beautiful view (even though it isn't Gulf-front, it has a Gulf-view!). We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, listened to the waves roll in and watched dolphins swimming in the Gulf. Not crowded on the beach because the complex isn't surrounded by mega-condos (which we appreciated). Plenty of parking, towels, blankets, pillows. The in-unit stackable washer dryer and Duo 12c/Keurig coffee maker were so convenient! We loved the condo, it was perfect for us. We will be back again. Thanks, Kelley!

Great Condo

It is an older condo the elevators SUCK face BAD!!! It has GREAT beach access. The pool for sure cools you off. Was able to enjoy fourth of July fireworks all around. The condo was clean small for my family of four to have room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Harbor Place Condo Unit 510

Our condo was very clean and everything inside the unit was in good working condition. The rooms are small. The beds could use a mattress upgrade. Plenty of linens and towels. They do vacuum the hallway at 8am sharp every morning. Unit 510 gets a 4 stars overall
The biggest complaint is there was only one very small operating elevator for the entire complex. Waited 15-20mins for the elevator when checking out. And at other times with small children and groceries. The pool is very small for the number of guests at the complex. The beach access is very convenient and not a long walk. The Hilton Garden Inn is next door and if you face this property - you better get used to their guest smoke cigarettes and weed on the balcony. I won’t be returning to this property. I would rate this property. I would rate this property a 2.5-3.0 overall.
