Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Stay At Martinique On The Gulf - Dream Big Dreams - July 2017
We have been staying at Martinique on the Gulf on and off for the last 12 years. We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the house we stayed in this year. Worst stay we have ever had at MOTG. The house was very rundown in all aspects and needs a lot of cleaning, updating and maintenance. Also, Wifi was terrible. We may not return to MOTG because of this stay. Very disappointing.
