“We are excited to bring the event to the Alabama Gulf Coast this year. Not only is it a great way to celebrate these talented chefs, but a fantastic opportunity to show off the beauty of Alabama’s beaches. Previous years have brought many visitors into Mississippi to experience this unique event. Sweetest Chefs at the beach is just icing on the cake,” says Angel Lanier-White, project manager and Orange Beach native.
Sweetest Chefs helps provide scholarship dollars for deserving culinary students at the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute at Coastal Alabama Community College. Participating chefs, restaurants and the demonstration stage lineup will be announced in the coming weeks.
“Sweetest Chefs is something I look forward to every year! Creative minds all in one place!” said Brittany Chetham, pastry chef from Birmingham, Alabama.
Make plans now to be part of ONE SWEET WEEKEND with Sweetest Chefs and Chris Stapleton and Jimmy Buffet at The Wharf Amphitheater in Orange Beach, Alabama September 17-19, 2021. Concert tickets are sold separately at Ticketmaster.com.
“Pastry chefs are an incredibly important part of our culinary experience. A pastry chef’s bread service is the first bite of the meal and their dessert is the finish, punctuating our most memorable feasts. Sweetest Chefs is a festive celebration where our guests get to enjoy the talent and creativity of pastry chefs at a whole new level,” said EATYALL CEO, Andy Chapman.
