If you’re searching for a little more chill, rent paddleboards or kayaks and explore our local waterways at your own pace. Most renters will drop off equipment at your desired location.
Mini Golf & Arcade
Let’s keep the competitive nature of your athletes on display with a trip to a mini golf course or arcade. Grab a bite to eat and hit the arcade at LuLu’s or play the mini golf course at Waterville! See who can rake in the most tickets or score the best on a round of mini golf.
Dolphin Cruises
After a long game, your athletes may just want to sit back and relax. A dolphin cruise is the perfect opportunity for your group to hit the water together and experience the destination’s natural wonders. The dolphins will also want to celebrate your victory by popping up to say, “Congrats!”
Movie Night
Grab some candy, pop some popcorn and let the team unwind with a movie night. If you’re staying in a beach house or condo, invite the team over and host a movie night in the living room. You can also head to AMC Theatres at The Wharf to see the latest releases and then take a spin on the Ferris wheel.
Escape Rooms
Test your teamwork and try to break out of an escape room. This activity is a great way to have your team work together off the field. Our area has several escape rooms, including Escape House Waterville. Divide into groups and see who can escape the fastest!
Food & Fun
If there’s one thing athletes need after a day of competition, it’s a filling meal. On Alabama’s Beaches, we like to combine food and fun. Grab dinner at The Hangout and dance on the tables, or play a game of cornhole and listen to live music at Moe’s Bar B Que. No matter where you choose to dine, you’re guaranteed to enjoy delicious coastal cuisine and southern hospitality.
Tiki Cruise
Hop aboard Zeke’s Tiki Queen at Zeke’s Marina for a memorable ride across the water. This cruise can fit up to 18 people and allows guests to bring their own food and drinks. During your ride, you’ll search for local marine life, like dolphins and manatees and get an up-close look at our gorgeous islands. We can’t think of a better way to unwind after a game.
One-Stop for Fun
If you can’t decide on what to do, visit Waterville USA! With a waterpark, amusement park, arcade, and dining, this spot has something fun for everyone. Your team can splish and splash at the waterpark or put the pedal to the metal on the go-kart track. Inside the arcade, you’ll find dozens of games, a top golf simulator, and bowling lanes. Don’t worry - there’s also a bar for the parents and coaches to celebrate, too!
